  • Teaching religion across the curriculum, a.k.a., integrating faith and Scripture, is a vital niche filled by Lutheran schools. How do you rate yourself in this endeavor? (If you find that you have nothing to rate, use that shortcoming to stimulate you professionalism and ministry for next year.)

  • What issues define the fine line you must walk in speaking the vernacular or your students?

  • How does worship participation help you grow personally? … in your ministry?

  • To whom do you show most respect? … least respect? How can you show respect to those who respectable without compromising your ideals and values?

  • Against which of the "commandments" do you most rebel? Do you have a right to eliminate any of them?
