MME Special Project (2006) Aching for Aceh: Ponderings & Petitions. A devotional journey summarizing a mission experience in Banda Aceh. This MMEnet Special Project was contributed by Rev. Bob Riggert (2006).

Jon and June Laabs with 6 LEA members who serve at Christian schools in Indonesia: Bob and Alice Smith, Darrell and Sue Van Luchene, Philip and Carolyn Hedemann. Jon and June visited several schools in the Sekolah Pelita Harapan system around the country's capital, Jakarta.
More than 270 representatives from 16 countries in Asia gathered for 3 days in Hong Kong for the Asia Ablaze Summit. Opening worship was conducted in the Church of All Nations at the Hong Kong International School, Repulse Bay campus.
Summit participants visited the first Lutheran school established in Hong Kong.
