Convocation tip
Let Your School Shine… an opportunity to send a dance video for the Convocation. (The announcement is under the FAQ tab on the Convocation web pages too.)

Watch for webinars to return
LEA webinars will return in August, including four episodes suitable for use in preterm faculty workshops or for private viewing. LEA will let you know the exact titles and details via future issues of LEAnews, but preliminary dates for 2 p.m. (central) showings are August 7, 8, 13, and 14. As in the past, all webinars are recorded and archived for LEA member use.

Keep the Rise & Shine photos coming… for the Rise & Shine Convocation photo feature on LEA’s home page. Photos should be connected to the theme. Send your photo in jpg format, preferably captioned in the email to which you attach it, to ed.grube@lea.org.

God started it!
“So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you” (Colossians 3:12,13 NASB).

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:11-13
